  • Mandatory TOTP 2FA

    Withdrawals, changing a withdrawal address and security changes all require a second factor. Backup codes are issued on activation.

  • HSM-backed custody

    Withdrawal transactions are signed by a dedicated custody service. No private key exists in the code, in the database or in the application's variables.

  • KYC and AML

    Identity verification with document analysis before withdrawals are enabled, and pattern monitoring under the AML policy.

  • Encryption at rest

    KYC documents and credentials are encrypted under KMS, in private storage, reachable only through short-lived signed URLs.

Do I have to pay to create an account?

No. Creating the account is free. The subscription is what unlocks the platform — wallet, deposits, withdrawals and conversion.

Do you sell mining contracts or investment products?

Yes. Alongside the wallet, we offer investment products and mining contracts sold to users, each with an issuer, term, fees, risks and redemption rules set out in versioned terms accepted at contracting. Remuneration follows exclusively the published formula or rule — there is no guaranteed return and all capital is subject to risk. See the Investments, Mining contracts and Risks pages.

How long does a deposit take?

Instant-transfer deposits are credited as soon as the provider confirms the payment. Crypto deposits depend on each network's minimum confirmations — the panel shows the progress (detected, confirming, credited).

Why is KYC mandatory to withdraw?

Because we operate under anti-money-laundering rules. Identity verification is a condition for enabling withdrawals.

What if I lose my 2FA?

On activation you receive backup codes — keep them off your phone. Without them, recovery goes through a verified process with support.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time from the panel. Access continues until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
